What is compliance?
Licenses to manufacture DDS/DAT format tape drives are available to anyone who is interested with no restrictions other than full compliance with the conditions of the license.

The basic process of compliance involves the signing and exchanging of confidentiality agreements, payment of a licensing fee and the completion of a program of compliance testing.
